Alfred Tang knows absolutely everything there is to know about cars. Not only is he an amazing driver, but he can also identify a car’s make just by the sound of its engine, and pinpoint exactly which part of the car’s mechanical system needs replacing. Alfred, once a talented and fearless race car driver, now works as a master mechanic at his respected father’s company. A fateful encounter brings Alfred into contact with an eccentric and ruthless criminal known as “Cougar.” This guy is also a major car expert, though he combines this passion with a terrible craving for beautifully “staged” murders. The villain immediately recognizes in Alfred a strong, experienced, and unpredictable rival—in short, the best partner for racing at terrifying speeds. To force Alfred to play by his rules, Cougar kidnaps the hero’s younger sister, challenging Tang to face him at a prestigious championship in Japan. The brave Alfred accepts the challenge and sets out to rescue his sister.
