London, 1982. Phil, a seven-year-old boy, watches as his mother puts a noose around her neck. He then moves with his father to a small town, where he meets three boys his own age. They have fun wreaking havoc in their neighbors’ gardens and greenhouses, breaking everything they can get their hands on. Once they reach puberty, their aggressive nature and general tendency toward vandalism are fueled by “Stolichnaya” vodka at every opportunity.
