If you grew up in America, rebellion against the world is in your blood. And if you're a Stevo, and you live in Salt Lake City during the Reagan era, then... rebellion will be a little stronger in you. Peace is his enemy, anarchy is his religion. You embark on a thrilling journey through his life, and along the way you meet punks, posers, mods, freaks, drug addicts and other personalities. Stevo's father, a former hippie, thinks his life is going to waste and convinces his son to enroll in Harvard Law School, from which he himself graduated. But Stevo, beneath the seemingly impenetrable armor of Mohawk, earrings, and leather, has a lot on his mind. The question arises: how to maintain his individuality and live in society?
