Wyrmwood: Apocalypse 4K 2021

Ex-military man Reese lives in a zombie-infested Australian wasteland. He starts each day by organizing his small household - watering the vegetable garden, feeding the useful (used for energy) zombies, scaring away the useless ones, replacing the end-of-life ones with new ones - and then goes hunting. He captures the few survivors of the apocalypse and surrenders them to a military surgeon as material for experiments, and in return he receives pills, which he takes every day. One day Reese catches a bitten but not fully converted girl, Grace, and takes her to the lab as well. But soon her sister comes out on him and forces him to go to rescue Grace.
