World War II is in full swing. Germany is rushing to complete its victorious march across Europe. Only England remains unconquered, and for the Reich’s amphibious invasion, it needs complete control over the Royal Air Force. The greatest air battle in history is about to begin. Day after day, week after week, month after month, all along the coast, “Spitfires” and Messerschmitts are whirling in a fierce, fiery dance around German bombers, which, in steady waves, roll in day after day over the frozen cities. The Kingdom has turned into a vast bomb shelter, over which fierce battles rage incessantly.
