Fudoh: The New Generation AKA Gokudô sengokushi: Fudô 4K 1996

The Fudo family, a line of hereditary yakuza: a father and his two sons. The older son is actively involved in the clan’s daily affairs, while the younger son, Riki Fudo, is still a child. A hasty order given by the older son leads to tension between rival gangs. To make up for his son’s mistake, the elder Fudo beheads the sleeping middle son with a sword right in front of Riki, who happened to be nearby, and then, with a demonic laugh, presents the head to the bosses of other clans gathered at a meeting. Ten years pass. The now-grown Riki Fudo—a quiet and pleasant high school senior—leads his own school gang.
