Despite the strange behavior of the locals, they intend to relax properly, but suddenly their plans are disrupted by an encounter with a vagrant with terrible, seemingly rotting skin. The guys manage to get rid of the unfortunate man, but they don't know that he has managed to poison the local water supply, and an unknown infection is already spreading throughout the area.
