In the Heat of the Night 4K 1967

In the America of the 60s, when racial prejudice was still strong, a white sheriff from a country town is forced to join forces with a dark-skinned Philadelphia detective to investigate a brutal murder. Their mutual racial animosity is reinforced by the absolute dissimilarity of their characters and their different investigative techniques. Thus, the investigation of the crime turns into a personal showdown between tough cops. But to get on the trail of the mysterious killer they must learn to work together.
