CIA Director Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is one step away from impeachment. To prevent her detractors in the US Congress from finding evidence that would hasten her resignation, she sends Elena Belova (Florence Pugh) to a secret base to destroy important documents. Soon enough, the superheroine realizes that she has been set up: Valentina has gathered all her mercenaries — John Walker (Wyatt Russell), Ava Starr (Hannah John-Kamen), and Antonia Drakoff (Olga Kurylenko) — in one place so that they can kill each other. Unexpectedly, the killers band together out of mutual hatred and go on the run. There is one problem: they accidentally free the most powerful superhero in the history of the universe — the mentally unstable Bob (Lewis Pullman).
