Al Donnelly has all the qualities necessary to make a career in big politics. He is an excellent public speaker who easily ignites an audience. Al is good looking and quickly wins the favor of those around him. It is likely that in the struggle for the governor's chair Al Donnelly will not be equal. But what is eating this brilliant candidate, what is undermining his self-confidence? There is one weak link in Al Donnelly's sterling reputation - his crazy brother Michael. Al Donnelly finds a surefire way to neutralize the lousy sheep. He assigns a man from his team, Steve Dodds, to the deranged Michael and orders him to keep an eye on the troubled brother.
