Four years have passed since the last attack on the residents of the town of Haddonfield by the maniac Michael Myers. After the death of her daughter, Lori Stood lives with her granddaughter Alison, writing a book and trying to find peace. One day she meets a guy named Corey, who accidentally killed a child a few years ago and has been constantly attacked by the locals ever since, and sets him up with Alison. The young people start a relationship, Corey's life gets better, but he suddenly encounters Michael Myers hiding in the sewers. This encounter is not going to lead to anything good.
