Rudy Russo, a used car salesman working in old Luke Fuchs' store, shamelessly poaches customers from his competitor Roy Fuchs, Luke's brother. One day Roy's patience comes to an end, and he decides to get rid of the annoying neighborhood and improve his financial situation.
